The purpose of St. Columba's
Children's Center (SCCC) is to provide child care and developmentally appropriate
programs for young children using a curriculum that emphasizes the respect
for our environment, the beauty of nature and the goals and standards set
by the National Association for the Education of Young Children. This program
will meet the needs of Southwest King County children and their families in
a non-profit Episcopal setting. The quality of the program is enhanced by
promoting staff and volunteer professionalism. We embrace and celebrate the
diversity of the people we serve in an atmosphere of respect, trust and Christian
love.
SCCC serves children ages
1 through 12 years of age and services Star Lake Elementary in the Federal
Way School District. Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 6:00am-6:30pm.
